Custom or special orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

5. Delivery & Collection

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring correct delivery details
  • Once delivered or collected, responsibility transfers to the customer

For international purchases:

  • The buyer is responsible for coordinating delivery to the final recipient
  • We are not responsible for handling after delivery

6. Returns, Repairs & Warranty

All purchases are subject to our Refunds & Returns Policy.

Key points include:

  • No cash refunds
  • Repairs are carried out at our workshop in Harare
  • Warranty applies only to manufacturing defects

7. Use of Products
