Refunds & Returns Policy

At our company, we are committed to delivering high-quality sofas built for comfort and durability. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. No Cash Refunds

All sales are final.
We do not offer cash refunds under any circumstances.


2. Repairs & Faults

If a product has a manufacturing defect or fault, we will repair the item at no cost, subject to the conditions below:

  • The item must be returned to our workshop in Harare
  • The customer is responsible for arranging transport to and from the workshop
  • Repairs will be carried out within a reasonable timeframe

We do not offer on-site repairs or collections.


3. Warranty Period

Our products are covered under the following guarantees:

  • Standard Fabric Sofas: 2-Year Warranty
  • Genuine Leather Sofas: 5-Year Warranty

This warranty covers manufacturing defects and structural faults only.


4. What the Warranty Covers

  • Frame defects
  • Mechanical issues (e.g. reclining mechanisms)
  • Workmanship faults

5. What the Warranty Does NOT Cover

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or accidents
  • Cuts, scratches, burns, or stains
  • Damage from improper cleaning or exposure to harsh conditions
  • Changes in softness or cushioning over time

6. Inspection Requirement

All items must be inspected upon delivery or collection.

Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.
Failure to report within this timeframe may affect your claim.


7. International & Third-Party Purchases

For customers purchasing from outside Zimbabwe:

  • You are responsible for ensuring the product is checked upon delivery to your recipient
  • Any returns or repairs will still require the item to be returned to our Harare workshop
  • We are not responsible for third-party handling, storage, or transportation after delivery

8. Custom Orders

Custom or special-order items (including specific colours or materials requested) are non-returnable and non-refundable.


9. General Policy Position

By purchasing from us, you acknowledge that:

  • Our products are built to order or supplied as-is
  • We stand behind our quality through repairs and warranties, not refunds
