How to Order from Concept Lounging

Ordering a sofa from Concept Lounging is straightforward, whether you are buying a set that is already in stock or having one made to your preferred configuration.

1. Choose your configuration

Select an individual 1-, 2- or 3-seater, or a full set such as a 3-2-1, 2-2-1-1 or 3-2-1-1. Reclining seats and centre consoles with cupholders can be added to many configurations.

2. Choose your material and colour

Choose between Embossed Buffalo fabric and genuine leather, then select from the colours currently available for that material.

3. Confirm the price and availability

In-stock furniture can be purchased as shown. For made-to-order furniture, we confirm your selected configuration, material, colour and current production lead time before the order is accepted.

4. Pay and place the order

For lay-by orders, production begins once at least 75% of the agreed price has been paid. The final balance must be settled before collection. Other order arrangements are confirmed at the time of purchase.

5. Production and completion

Your sofa is manufactured and checked before it is released. We will contact you when it is ready.
