1. How much do your sofas cost?
Our prices vary depending on the configuration and material.
- Standard fabric sets typically range from $1,100 to $2,100
- Genuine leather sets typically range from $2,200 to $4,200+. We also offer individual pieces and custom combinations to suit different budgets.
2. What is the difference between Embossed Buffalo fabric and genuine leather?
Embossed Buffalo is our standard upholstery fabric, offering a practical leather-inspired appearance at a more accessible price point. Genuine leather is our premium natural material, valued for its feel, breathability, durability and the character it develops as it ages.

3. Do you offer reclining sofas, and how do they work?
Yes. We offer reclining sofas across various configurations. Our manual recliners allow the reclining seat to move from an upright position into a relaxed position using a mechanical reclining action.
4. What configurations are available?
Our standard full-set configurations include:
- 3-2-1 sets
- 2-2-1-1 sets
- 3-2-1-1 (7-seater) sets
You can also choose custom combinations with consoles, recliners or fully static designs.
5. Can I customise my sofa set?
Yes. You can select individual pieces and create a combination based on your preferences, including reclining seats or centre consoles on suitable designs. See our Custom Sofas Zimbabwe page.
6. What colours are available?
- Embossed Buffalo fabric: Black, Brown, Beige, Creme, Light Grey and Dark Grey are commonly available.
- Genuine Leather: Black, Brown, Grey, Tan and White are commonly offered.
Availability can vary, so please confirm your preferred colour when ordering.
7. How long does it take to receive my order?
If an item is in stock, it is available without a manufacturing lead time. Custom or out-of-stock items require production; most orders are completed within approximately 7 to 14 working days, depending on the order and current workshop schedule.
8. Do you offer delivery, and how much does it cost?
Yes, we engage drivers who offer delivery. Costs are based on distance and location. We can provide estimated delivery fees for common areas.
9. Do you deliver outside Harare or to rural areas?
Yes, we can arrange delivery outside Harare, including rural areas, but the details must be confirmed with the specific driver making the trip.
10. What happens if my location is difficult to access?
For non-standard or hard-to-reach locations, delivery details and final costs will be agreed directly with the driver, depending on accessibility and distance.
11. Do your sofas come with a warranty?
- Standard fabric sofas: 2-year warranty
- Genuine leather sofas: 5-year warranty
12. What does the warranty cover?
The warranty covers qualifying manufacturing defects such as frame issues, structural faults and reclining mechanism problems, subject to the applicable warranty terms.
13. Do you offer refunds or returns?
We do not offer cash refunds. If there is a manufacturing issue, we assess the item and handle qualifying repairs in line with our policy.
14. What should I do if there is a problem with my sofa?
Contact us as soon as possible with your purchase details and photographs of the issue. We will advise on the appropriate assessment or repair process.
15. Can I view the sofas before purchasing?
Yes. You are welcome to visit our showroom at 32 Lanark Road, Avondale, Harare, across from the new KFC, to view available stock and assess the quality in person.
16. Do you offer reupholstery?
General reupholstery is not currently a standard Concept Lounging service because our workshop is focused primarily on manufacturing new furniture. Selected existing or exceptional jobs may be considered depending on workshop capacity. See Reupholstery – Limited Availability for details.
17. Do you offer lay-by?
Yes. For lay-by orders, production begins once at least 75% of the agreed price has been paid, and the final balance must be settled before collection.
