Our prices vary depending on the configuration and material.
- Standard fabric sets typically range from $1,100 to $2,100
- Genuine leather sets typically range from $2,200 to $4,200+
We also offer individual pieces and custom combinations to suit different budgets.
2. What is the difference between standard fabric and genuine leather sofas?
Our standard fabric (embossed buffalo fabric) is durable, breathable, and easy to maintain and does not peel over time.
Genuine leather is a premium material that is more durable, ages beautifully over time, and offers a more refined finish.
3. Do you offer reclining sofas, and how do they work?
Yes, we offer reclining sofas across various configurations.
Recliners allow you to adjust the seat from an upright position to a relaxed, laid-back position using a smooth manual mechanism.
4. What configurations (sets) are available?
We offer a wide range of configurations, including the standard:
- 3-2-1 sets
- 2-2-1-1 sets
- 3-2-1-1 (7-seater) sets
You can also choose custom options with consoles, recliners, or fully static designs.
5. Can I customise my sofa set (mix and match pieces)?
Yes. You can select individual pieces and create a custom set based on your preferences, including adding recliners or consoles.
6. What colours are available in fabric and genuine leather?
- Fabric: Black, Brown, Beige, Creme, Light Grey, Dark Grey
- Genuine Leather: Black, Brown, Grey, Tan, White
Additional colours and materials may be available on request.
7. How long does it take to receive my order?
Delivery timelines depend on stock availability and location.
If the item is in stock, delivery can be arranged promptly. Custom or out-of-stock items may take longer. Most orders are completed between 7 and 14 working days.
8. Do you offer delivery, and how much does it cost?
Yes, we engage drivers who offer delivery. Costs are based on distance and location.
We can provide estimated delivery fees for common areas.
9. Do you deliver outside Harare or to rural areas?
Yes, we can arrange delivery outside Harare, including rural areas, but the details must be confirmed with the specific driver making the trip.
10. What happens if my location is difficult to access?
For non-standard or hard-to-reach locations, delivery details and final costs will be agreed directly with the driver, depending on accessibility and distance.
11. Do your sofas come with a warranty or guarantee?
Yes:
- Fabric sofas come with a 2-year warranty
- Genuine leather sofas come with a 5-year warranty
12. What does the warranty cover?
The warranty covers manufacturing defects such as frame issues, structural faults, and reclining mechanism problems.
13. Do you offer refunds or returns?
We do not offer cash refunds. However, if there is a manufacturing issue, we will repair the item in line with our policy.
14. What should I do if there is a problem with my sofa?
You should contact us as soon as possible.
The item will need to be returned to our workshop at Westgate in Harare for assessment and repair.
15. Can I view the sofas before purchasing?
Yes, you are welcome to visit our showroom at 32 Lanark Road in Avondale to view available stock and assess the quality in person.
