Shipping & Delivery Policy
We aim to provide reliable and efficient delivery of all our products. Please review the following shipping guidelines before placing your order.
1. Delivery Areas
We can offer delivery within Harare and close surrounding areas, as well as to other locations across Zimbabwe upon request and subject to confirmation.
Customers needing delivery outside of Harare to other cities and Countries need to arrange delivery logistics beforehand. We can put you in touch with the best drivers and transporters, but they vary greatly based on which town, city or country you need to take the sofas to, so contact us directly before you finalize you order to ensure you have the best solution arranged for you.
2. Estimated Delivery Costs
Shipping costs are generally based on distance and location.
We may provide estimated delivery fees for common areas; however, these are guidelines only and not final quotations. Please contact us directly for a current and accurate quotation.
3. Final Delivery Cost
For locations outside standard or easily accessible areas (including rural or less developed locations):
- Final delivery costs will be confirmed directly with the driver before collection.
- The customer (or recipient) will need to coordinate directly with the driver to agree on access, directions, and any additional charges
- Additional charges may apply depending on:
- Road accessibility
- Distance beyond standard routes
- Time and complexity of delivery
We do not fix final delivery costs for such locations in advance.
4. Customer Responsibility
The customer is responsible for:
- Providing accurate delivery details and contact information
- Ensuring the location is accessible or providing clear directions
- Communicating with the driver where necessary to facilitate delivery
Failure to do so may result in delays or additional charges.
5. Delivery Process
- Deliveries are arranged once the order is ready
- Estimated delivery timelines will be communicated in advance, but rarely exceed 2 weeks. If it is in stock, it can be delivered the very next day or collected the same day. If it is an order, it can take between 4 and 10 working days depending on the quantity ordered.
- The recipient must be available to receive and inspect the goods upon delivery
6. Risk & Ownership
- Once the product has been delivered and accepted, responsibility transfers to the customer
- We are not liable for damage or issues arising after delivery
7. Third-Party & International Purchases
For customers purchasing from outside Zimbabwe:
- You are responsible for ensuring the recipient is available and reachable
- Any delivery coordination, including final cost agreements, will be handled between the recipient and the driver
- We are not responsible for miscommunication between third parties after dispatch
8. Failed or Delayed Deliveries
If delivery cannot be completed due to:
- Incorrect address
- Inaccessible location
- Lack of communication
Additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery.
